Miami had torrential rain Saturday. On Sunday, it was still raining and we literally watched the streets fill up with water. Being in the city, there was no room for all the runoff, so it came into the lobby of our building.
Luis Valerino, our neighbor, said the kayakers couldn't resist and they hauled out their kayaks and paddled down the ramp and out the garage and down the street!
