The star of the TV Series, "Dog Whisperer," came to Miami. Jaime and I enjoy watching a few of his shows with problem dogs and how he deals with them. Since we didn't get the National Geographic channel in our apartment, we went next door to the Valerino's apartment. They and we would watch it together once in a while. The exciting thing was Cesar was doing his next season's filming in Miami! So Jaime and I wanted to see if we could recognize any of the streets in the background. We also had fun guessing which dogs would get the visit. Here, PetSmart was hosting a book-signing event.
The line was so long it wound all the way around the block. We got there an hour early (at one), but the end was already way back there. We sort of knew it would be this way, but weren't willing to get up and start standing there at 8 am in anticipation, which was when some of the other fans said they arrived.
We didn't bother to wait very long at the end of the line and instead went into the store as if we were shopping. We got a few pictures, watched Cesar leave the store, then wandered around a bit to pick up the goodies-bag for Huck.
